Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Occasionally orders may take longer to ship due to product launches or a high volume of orders.

All items will be shipped standard mail (standard airmail for International shipping) with Australia Post unless express shipping is selected.

Standard shipping = approx. 2-4 weeks (10 or more business days) for delivery once shipped (please note that tracking numbers are not provided).
USA = 2-3 weeks
CANADA = 2-4 weeks
UNITED KINGDOM = 2-3 weeks
EUROPE = 2-4 weeks
ASIA = 1-3 weeks
NEW ZEALAND = 1-3 weeks
SOUTH AMERICA = 2-5 weeks
MIDDLE EAST = 2-5 weeks
AFRICA = 2-5 weeks
Standard Shipping (with tracking) = approx. 1-3 weeks for delivery once shipped.
Express Shipping (with tracking) = approx. 1-2 weeks for delivery once shipped.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA -
Standard shipping = allow up to 1 week (up to 10 business days for large orders).
Priority shipping = approx. 2-6 business days (up to 10 business day for large orders).
Express shipping = 1-3 business days

No responsibility or refunds will be given for items that are lost in the mail or do not arrive by a specific date. Shipping times are an estimate only and no guarantee of arrival by a specific date is given.
